ABYAT is seeking a qualified and experienced Facility Team Leader to manage, operate, and maintain the Dammam showroom facilities, ensuring all systems run efficiently and in line with company standards.

• Lead and supervise maintenance teams and technicians to ensure high-quality performance.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Systems, etc.).
• Manage and execute fit-out and finishing works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and design standards.
• Supervise interior modifications and decorative works within the showroom.
• Review and approve technical proposals and maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate works with relevant departments to prevent operational disruptions.
• Monitor contractor and supplier performance to ensure alignment with ABYAT standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on facility condition and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Control operational costs and propose efficiency improvement measures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Architectural background preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out, maintenance, HVAC, and fire systems.
• Proficiency in SAP and relevant engineering software.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong reporting and follow-up capabilities.
