We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable QA/QC Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and processes. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control programs, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various departments to maintain compliance with industry standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, processes, and finished products to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues, ensuring effective solutions are implemented promptly.
• Analyse quality data and metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, quality manuals, and non-conformance reports.
• Train employees on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Participate in product development initiatives to ensure quality considerations are integrated into the design and manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality assurance and control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
