A global technology company is seeking an Electrical Engineer to perform assembly and testing of GIS bays, ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 2-3 years' experience in laboratory or testing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be proficient in English communication. Performs routine tests through a lean & flow production line with outstanding performance that is targeting the best quality, maximum cost saving and shortest delivery time and control the quality of GIS / Maintain Test Report Database. Contribute actively to improving manufacturing process and maintain safe and clean work environment.
Perform Assembly, repair and routine tests (Mechanical, 10KV, HV, functional & resistance measurements) of GIS bays (including components & modules) according to the prepared work instructions, drawings, bill of materials, checklists, guidelines and customer order data.
Fulfill orders related work packages according to production data and instructions and self-check of work packages’ results, filling out and confirm on assigned checklists and protocols.
Target the best performance in term of quality, cost and delivery time and adequate handling of factory equipment and tools, maintain test equipment's and sustain proper continuous calibration.
Quality control and immediate escalation of Quality issues. Record deviation, support root cause of failure and write quality problem / non-conformance reports.
Support of gathering product improvement comment/feedback from the GIS LSC (local Service Center) engineers and actively support teamwork, effectively communicate and collaborate with internal customer/ stakeholder/ colleague (assembly, testing, logistics...etc.) and independently follow the factory rules & guidelines related to safety, quality, environment, recycling and housekeeping.
Maintain safe working environment by following HSE guidelines and reporting of any irregularities to superior.
Contribute actively to continues improvement process and Lean culture and providing feedback, sharing ideas and observations whenever possible.
Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
2-3 years' experience in laboratory or testing activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Reading and understanding of technical drawing and material lists.
Excellent verbal & written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
Understanding lean concept & minimizing all related 7 wastes and team player.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
