The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, a strong command of Autocad, and a minimum of 5 years' experience managing fit-out projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years managing fit out projects as a site engineer.
• 5 years minimum working experience as a Site Engineer/Architect for interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret specifications and drawings.

Empowering Energy is currently looking for an Site Engineer/Architect(Interior Fit-Out) in Riyadh, KSA. Experienced in handling high profile projects for Interior Fit-Out.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. (Interior fit-out knowledge) Professional Architecture License and Registration. Strong knowledge of Interior fit out activities and minimum 4 years managing fit out projects as site engineer 5 years minimum working experience as a Site engineer architect for interior fit-out projects.

A good eye and experience in Interior fit-out architecture. Preparing documents such as submittal, RFI and other required documents for the clients. Project Management Experience - Effectively manage project team deliverables to meet schedule, milestones and budget. Strong relationship management with clients, code officials, third party suppliers and contractors.

Able to communicate (oral and written) to present information and respond to questions from managers, co-workers and clients. Ability to read, analyze and interpret specifications, drawings and manufacturers products, architectural references and other related manuals and documents.
