We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation processes within our organization, ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, maintained, and distributed. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and accessibility of project documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The Document Controller will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and documentation flow throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement document control procedures and policies to ensure efficient management of all project documents.
  2. Maintain an organized filing system for all project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
  3. Review and verify the accuracy of documents before distribution to ensure compliance with company standards.
  4. Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely access to information.
  5. Monitor document revisions and updates, ensuring that the most current versions are available to all team members.
  6. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation for meetings and presentations.
  7. Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and ensure all records are complete and up-to-date.
