Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Senior Specialist in IT Strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing the IT strategy to support Qiddiya's overall business objectives and technological advancements. Your strategic insights and IT expertise will be pivotal in driving innovation and digital transformation within the organization.

• Support the development and execution of IT strategy initiatives that align with the organization's business goals.
• Analyze and track performance metrics against strategic IT goals to support successful delivery of objectives within established timelines and budgets.
• Maintain compliance with IT governance frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT initiatives, working closely with departments and external partners.
• Participate in developing IT strategic roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Identify and assess IT related risks, recommending appropriate mitigation.
• Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders for IT strategy-related matters.
• Create detailed reports and analysis on IT initiatives, risks, and performance metrics.
• Support resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for IT projects and initiatives.
• participate in IT engagement activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT strategy and planning
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies that drive business value.
• Strong understanding of technology trends, emerging tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience in the real estate or entertainment industry is preferred.
