The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory processes within the retail industry, ensuring that stock levels are maintained optimally to meet customer demand while minimizing waste. This position requires a deep understanding of inventory management principles and practices, particularly in the F&B sector. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inventory-related activities, including procurement, storage, and distribution, while collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee the entire inventory process, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels from procurement to sales.
2. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and prevent both shortages and overstock situations.
3. Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
4. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and ensure the quality of products received.
5. Analyze inventory data to forecast demand accurately and adjust purchasing strategies based on sales trends.
