We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Inventory Manager to join our Food & Beverage division in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory processes within the retail industry, ensuring that stock levels are maintained optimally to meet customer demand while minimizing waste. This position requires a deep understanding of inventory management principles and practices, particularly in the F&B sector. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all inventory-related activities, including procurement, storage, and distribution, while collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee the entire inventory process, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels from procurement to sales.
  2. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, optimize stock levels, and prevent both shortages and overstock situations.
  3. Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures that align with industry best practices.
  4. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage deliveries, and ensure the quality of products received.
  5. Analyze inventory data to forecast demand accurately and adjust purchasing strategies based on sales trends.
  6. Train and supervise a team of inventory staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  7. Utilize inventory management software to monitor stock movements, generate reports, and provide insights to management.
  8. Coordinate with the sales department to align inventory levels with customer demand and sales forecasts.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
