Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various hairdressing techniques and trends.
- Tailor educational content to suit different skill levels, from beginners to advanced professionals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials, including lesson plans, manuals, and visual aids.
- Update and revise educational content regularly to reflect the latest industry trends and innovations.
- Perform live demonstrations of cutting, coloring, styling, and other hairdressing techniques.
- Provide hands‑on guidance and feedback to participants during practical sessions.
- Offer one‑on‑one mentorship and support to students, helping them to refine their skills and build confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to foster a positive learning environment.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging techniques by attending industry events, workshops, and seminars.
- Network with other professionals in the hairdressing and beauty industry to build relationships and stay informed.
- Develop and deliver online courses and webinars to reach a broader audience.
- Utilize digital platforms and tools to create engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Professional certification in hairdressing or cosmetology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional hairdresser.
