As IT Manager you’ll be overseeing projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required to guide implementation & optimization of solutions that enhance the business processes.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to define project goals and align across departments.
• MS Dynamics Solutions: Provide expertise to implement and integrate MS Dynamics with existing systems efficiently.
• Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress for successful delivery.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support IT team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
• Budget & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
