Job Summary

The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and safety of employee housing facilities. This role ensures that all staff accommodations are well-kept, sanitary, and comfortable, providing a positive living environment for employees.

As Staff Housing Attendant, we rely on you to
  • Check and service employee rooms, common areas, hallways, and shared facilities (e.g., kitchens, lounges, bathrooms, laundry rooms).
  • Greet and assist new employees during check-in; provide basic orientation about accommodation rules, facilities, and amenities.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.
  • Assist with room inspections during check-in and check-out of employees.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
  • Support relocation or room change processes by cleaning and preparing rooms as needed.
  • Assist in inventory management for linens, cleaning materials, and accommodation supplies.
  • Respond to employee accommodation inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
What we are Looking For
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation, or staff housing buildings or dormitories.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on extended duty hours.
