PURPOSE OF WORK:

To provide specialized SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS) support to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and project execution within the refinery. This includes:

1. Configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP PM and PS modules.
2. Providing technical expertise and support to end-users on both modules.
3. Analyzing business processes related to maintenance and projects, and developing solutions within SAP PM and PS.
4. Contributing to the integration of SAP PM and PS with other relevant modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO).
5. Staying abreast of SAP PM and PS advancements and best practices.

REGULAR ASSIGNED DUTIES:

1. System Configuration: Configure and customize the SAP PM and PS modules to meet specific refinery requirements for maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, and project management. This includes master data management, preventive maintenance planning, work order management, project structuring, budgeting, cost planning, and reporting.
2. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to end-users on SAP PM and PS functionalities and processes.
3. Process Improvement: Analyze existing maintenance and project execution processes and identify opportunities for optimization using SAP PM and PS capabilities.
4. Project Participation: Contribute to SAP PM and PS related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
5. Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for SAP PM and PS processes and provide training to end-users.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance teams, project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of SAP PM and PS.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Project System (PS) in Oil & Gas refineries.
