About the Role:
A Graphic Sr. Designer is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that enhance ADC’s brand presence across print and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with different teams to bring engaging concepts to life, ensuring all designs align with ADC’s brand identity and support both internal and external communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual designs for a wide range of communication materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, and digital ads.
- Maintain and evolve visual assets such as logos, color palettes, typography, and graphic styles to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Design collateral like invitations, event programs, signage, name tags, promotional giveaways, and email banners to support corporate communication and marketing campaigns
- Produce graphics and visuals for digital channels including websites, social media, email newsletters, and other online platforms, ensuring adherence to brand and user experience standards.
- Prepare final print-ready files, coordinate with print vendors, and oversee production processes to guarantee accurate, high-quality output.
- Develop illustrations, icons, diagrams, and animations to simplify and visually convey complex ideas, processes, or data.
- Retouch and enhance photographs and graphic assets to ensure visual consistency and quality across all media.
- Partner with ADC’s teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts for campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events and engaging with project leads to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and refine designs to meet objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or any other related field.
- Minimum two years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Technical proficiency in using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Affinity Designer, Figma, Sketch.)
- Knowledge of digital communication design requirements, including responsive web graphics and social media formats.
