Overview:
The Marketing Director plays a key role in translating innovative products and services into commercial success. You will be responsible to contribute for designing and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategies that drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will oversee the lifecycle from strategic planning to market launch, ensuring every initiative is positioned to achieve maximum impact in a competitive digital landscape
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated GTM strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and growth targets.
- Define commercial-marketing priorities and work closely with the corporate marketing team and your manager to shape long-term marketing roadmaps.
- Conduct comprehensive market, customer, and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Use insights to refine segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies, ensuring optimal market fit.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product and service launches, orchestrating cross-functional efforts to ensure timely, successful market entries.
- Ensure readiness across sales, marketing, and support channels prior to launch.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across GTM campaigns (e.g., MQLs, sales conversion rates, ROI).
- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback, using this intelligence to shape proactive GTM initiatives that maintain market leadership.
- Represent the company at key client meetings, industry conferences, and thought leadership forums to reinforce market presence and credibility.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or Communications (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- +8 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, sales strategy, or GTM leadership roles, ideally within telecommunications, digital services, or technology sectors
Skills:
- Proven expertise in launching complex products or services, with measurable impact on revenue and market share.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and translating insights into actionable plans.
