About the Role:
A Technical Communications Sr. Analyst is responsible about creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation that supports the understanding and use of complex systems, software, and procedures. You will play a key role in transforming technical concepts into user-friendly content for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Research & Content Development: Conduct thorough research and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical information. Translate complex technical data into structured, accessible documentation (manuals, user guides etc.). above all, ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Requirements Definition & Planning: Determine documentation needs, scope, audience, and format based on project or product requirements. Select the appropriate medium and layout (print, digital, web-based) tailored to user experience and ADC goals.
- Editing & Proofreading: Edit and proofread all technical content to ensure consistency, clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Additionally, review and revise content created by other team members or contributors, maintaining style guides and brand voice.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal or external) to clarify documentation needs and respond to feedback. Participate in review cycles, incorporating stakeholder inputs and aligning deliverables with client expectations.
- Information Simplification & Centralization: Centralize information and simplify technical content for diverse audiences while retaining key meaning and function.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, applied linguistic, or any other related field.
Experience:
- +2 years of experience in technical writing preferably in digital field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools.
