A luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Housing Attendant to maintain cleanliness and provide a positive living environment for employees. The role involves servicing employee rooms, assisting during check-ins, and responding to accommodation inquiries. The ideal candidate has previous housekeeping experience and strong organizational skills.

The Housing Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and safety of employee housing facilities. This role ensures that all staff accommodations are well-kept, sanitary, and comfortable, providing a positive living environment for employees.
- Check and service employee rooms, common areas, hallways, and shared facilities (e.g., kitchens, lounges, bathrooms, laundry rooms).
- Greet and assist new employees during check-in; provide basic orientation about accommodation rules, facilities, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to the Accommodation Supervisor.
- Assist with room inspections during check-in and check-out of employees.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Support relocation or room change processes by cleaning and preparing rooms as needed.
- Assist in inventory management for linens, cleaning materials, and accommodation supplies.
- Respond to employee accommodation inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation, or staff housing buildings or dormitories.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on extended duty hours.
