Job summary
A global hospitality leader in Saudi Arabia is seeking enthusiastic team members to provide exceptional guest services. You'll assist with check-in, manage reservations, and ensure a friendly atmosphere. Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and are fluent in Arabic and English. This position offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Experience in a guest-facing role is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous at all times.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Manage reservations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
- Assist guests with hotel facilities and requests.

- Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up‑selling.
- Update reservations ensuring a flawless check‑in and check‑out process.
- Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Take ownership of the guest’s request and ensure follow‑up according to the hotel’s standards.
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
- Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
- Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in both Arabic & English.
