Job description

As ourSales Supervisor, based in Jeddah, you are responsible for driving sales performance. You will develop COTY’s business across retail and duty paid stores in the Central Region. The role focuses on leading a team of Beauty Advisors, managing daily sell-out performance, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and growing COTY’s market share across assigned accounts.

Financial & Commercial Management
  • Be the driving force in increasing the sell-out performance of COTY brands.
  • Execute sales strategies and commercial plans in line with local market deployment.
  • Achieve monthly sell-out and market share targets.
  • Maintain strong store fundamentals including visibility, availability, stock rotation, and aging stock control.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with store managers and retail partners.
Team & People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors across retail and duty paid stores.
  • Train, support, and maximize the performance and productivity of each Beauty Advisor.
  • Inspire and share passion for the beauty industry and COTY brands with both customers and the Beauty Advisor team.
  • Track and evaluate individual Beauty Advisor performance constructively to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on results and brand excellence.
Communication & Analytics
  • Report regularly on field activities, Beauty Advisor performance, product performance, and competitor activity.
  • Identify and communicate the plans needed to deliver sales and market share targets.
  • Prepare presentations, conduct business reviews, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Use data effectively to drive daily operations and decision-making.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication in both English and Arabic with a growth mindset.

Other than that, you:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Possess strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Understand the Saudi retail landscape, including modern trade and local perfumeries.
