Do you have a passion for empowering people and helping them overcome barriers to achieve independence? Join our team as a Case Manager, where you’ll play a vital role in guiding beneficiaries through their empowerment journeys.

As a Case Manager, you will provide advice, motivation, and support to help beneficiaries gain financial independence, improve employability, and access social services. You’ll manage your own caseload, ensuring every individual receives high-quality support while meeting program goals and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and guide beneficiaries through assessments, program information, and technology use.
  • Conduct motivational interviews and create tailored action plans.
  • Provide career advice, training options, and job search coaching.
  • Identify and address barriers to employment while directing job-ready beneficiaries to the labour market.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and escalate queries where necessary.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of case management experience (experience in employment services is a plus).
  • Tech‑savvy with CRM/ATS or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Compassionate, resilient, and adaptable with excellent problem‑solving ability.
