Responsible for the architectural design and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design standards, building/ architectural codes, and client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable architectural solutions.

Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets.

• Support the Senior Architectural Engineer for the creation and refinement of architectural designs, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, architectural specifications, and construction documents for execution on-site.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and civil teams to ensure architectural integration across all disciplines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural activities/construction progress, verify compliance with design intent, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure all architectural work adheres to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate/communicate with site management, clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to present designs, gather feedback, and resolve architectural issues.
• Guide junior architects and draftsmen, providing technical direction and professional development support.
• Evaluate materials, systems, and construction methods to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising design quality.
• Integrate green building practices and innovative architectural solutions to enhance environmental performance and project value.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or BS Architecture

Years of Experience: 7-9 years of experience in Architectural Construction
