• Provide day-to-day administrative activities and tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) to support end-to-end handling of incoming invoices (from invoice receipt to payment preparation).
• Undertake repetitive and routine AP activities as per defined guidelines and processes.
• Adhere to required standards, terms and procedures in service delivery.
• Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.
• Recognize recurring issues related to AP and address them as per guidelines, or escalate for resolution.
• Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards and guidelines.
• Support and interact primarily with colleagues within the same team.
• Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
• Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.

• Education Level: Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• Experience Level: less than 2 years
