Job description

Our client is a prestigious, privately owned global executive search firm, established over fifty years ago. With over 400 employees across 40+ countries, the firm is widely respected for placing clients’ interests first and delivering exceptional value through the recruitment of senior leadership and board-level talent. As they expand their presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, they are now seeking a Saudi National to join their team as an Executive Assistant. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to work in a highly professional and international environment, supporting senior consultants in all aspects of client and project management. The Executive Assistant will act as a true business partner, taking ownership of the coordination and execution of key client assignments and playing an essential role in supporting business development efforts. The role is dynamic and involved, requiring someone who is confident, exceptionally organised, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, candidates, and stakeholders, managing complex diaries, organising interviews and meetings, arranging national and international travel, and preparing high-quality client deliverables and documentation to the firm’s global standards. There is a strong administrative focus, particularly in ensuring the accuracy of internal systems and databases, as well as supporting proposal writing, event coordination, and consultant expense reporting.

This role requires a proactive and polished individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Typically, an Executive Assistant within this organisation is bright, professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work. The successful candidate will possess outstanding written and spoken English skills to native standard, strong interpersonal confidence, and a high degree of discretion and diplomacy when working with senior-level clients and candidates. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively within a global team. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and ambitious Saudi National to join a world-class firm and contribute to its continued growth in the region.
