Responsibilities
Job Purpose: As part of the sales team, your primary role is to maximize sales volume, reduce stales, achieve distribution targets, implement merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable, and maintain high customer service levels. You will follow operating procedures to ensure consistent standards across KSA and provide market information to your supervisor for sales development. Attendance at training courses and daily debriefings with your supervisor are required.
Principal Accountabilities: - Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers, meeting sales targets and keeping stales below targets. - Provide excellent customer service, maintaining planned call frequency and route plans. - Conduct daily vehicle checks and keep the sales vehicle in good condition. - Agree on order requirements daily and maintain stock levels to minimize out-of-stock issues. - Implement in-store merchandising as communicated by your supervisor. - Report competitor activity and participate in daily debriefings. - Reconcile sales, cash, and credit transactions daily to prevent shortages. - Maintain professional appearance and adhere to driving regulations.
Key Performance Indicators: Daily/weekly sales vs. plan, call activity vs. plan, stales vs. target, zero shortages.
Qualifications: Customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Arabic, analytical skills.
