Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Dammam. The Senior Sales Engineer will manage and grow customer accounts, develop and execute sales strategies, and provide technical support to clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending solutions that align with their business objectives. The candidate will collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Sales Engineering skills, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Technical Support expertise, with knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial products, and the ability to provide technical guidance to customers
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or a relevant equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred
  • Prior experience in the oil field, electrical, or mechanical supply industries is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
