A leading ride-hailing platform in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Legal Consultant. The role involves providing expert legal counsel, managing regulatory compliance, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law, 3–5 years of legal experience, and proficiency in both English and Arabic. This position offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you can grow your skills and contribute to transformative projects.

- 3–5 years of progressive legal experience, including at least 2 years in a senior advisory capacity.
- Proven expertise in regulatory affairs and government relations.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
Responsabilités
- Serve as primary liaison with government authorities and regulatory discussions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advise on legal implications of strategic decisions and operational activities.
