Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion Cloud projects, working closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:
  • Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud deployments (Financials, SCM, HCM, or CX modules).
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, and integrations aligned with client requirements.
  • Migrate data from legacy systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to Fusion Cloud.
Functional Expertise:
  • Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and design solution blueprints.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, extensions, and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support.
Collaboration & Training:
  • Train end-users and prepare documentation (test scripts, user guides).
  • Work with technical teams on PaaS extensions, OIC integrations, or BI reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory:

  • 3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience (any module).
  • Expertise in Fusion configurations, security, and role-based access.
  • Strong analytical skills to map business processes to Fusion solutions.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic fluency is a plus for MENA projects).

Preferred:

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certification (e.g., Financials, HCM, or SCM).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or VBCS for customizations.
  • Experience with EBS-to-Cloud migrations.
