We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and execution of high-profile hospitality and F&B projects. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Leading the architectural design process from concept to completion, including design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to the design team.
- Collaborating with interior designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensuring the project meets client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Conducting design reviews and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture
- 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on hospitality and F&B projects.
- Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
