Key Responsibilities:

• Define the overall support solution architecture aligning with Oracle C2M upgrade strategy.

• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues.

• Review technical deliverables and ensure solution alignment with business goals.

• Guide performance tuning, data correction, and new statutory requirements.

• Coordinate environment handovers and high-severity defect escalations.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M, MDM, SOM).
