Responsibilities

• Preparing technical reports and specialized offers.
• Supervising and following up on the implementation and progress of project work with consultants and contractors.
• Develop a comprehensive framework for quality assurance of projects, and define the criteria and standards required to achieve quality.
• Develop and implement quality plans related to projects, including identifying the required outputs and the procedures and measures that must be taken to ensure quality is achieved.
• Reviewing architectural and urban designs and technical specifications of projects from a quality perspective, and ensuring their compliance with standards and preferences related to quality.
• Develop and implement testing procedures related to projects, including testing, analyzing and auditing the extent of application of standards and user experience.
• Monitor project implementation and review completed work to verify compliance with quality standards and specified requirements.
• Evaluating the quality of completed projects, analyzing data related to quality, and drawing lessons learned to improve future practices.
• Guidance and training of team members on best practices and standards for quality, and enhances awareness and quality culture in the project.
• Collaborates with technical and administrative teams and clients to ensure quality standards are effectively implemented, and exchanges information and updates on project progress and quality achievement.
• Improving quality-related processes and proposing and implementing improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project implementation.
• Full knowledge of design programs.
• Preparing site plans, taking into account the internal coordination and external surroundings as well.
• Giving advice and guidance to achieve the maximum possible benefit and fulfill the basic purpose of the sites.
• Follow up and supervise the project in all its stages.
• Intervention to find solutions if any obstacles arise during project implementation.
• Final review of the project work and ensuring delivery as agreed upon.
• Working on future planning studies for the city of Riyadh.
• Analyzing and studying data and finding appropriate solutions.
• Working on detailed studies on how to exploit service lands.

Qualifications
