In this role, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and execution of high-profile hospitality and F&B projects. You will play a key role in shaping the design vision, overseeing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the architectural design process from concept to completion, including design development, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to the design team.
• Collaborating with interior designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensuring the project meets client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
• Conducting design reviews and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture
• 8-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on hospitality and F&B projects.
• Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
