Key Responsibilities - Brand Management (Perfume)

1. Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance the market position of perfumes in Saudi Arabia and the region.
2. Manage marketing and branding activities, including advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and social media engagement.
3. Analyze the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative marketing plans.
4. Oversee the design and execution of advertising campaigns to meet target objectives.
5. Monitor and manage branch performance to achieve sales goals.
6. Create and implement sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.
8. Manage marketing and sales budgets to ensure a strong return on investment.
9. Develop training plans for branch employees to ensure high service quality and sales achievement.
10. Support recruitment by selecting top talent with an understanding of the perfume market.
11. Prepare professional presentations and visual materials to showcase brand strategies.
12. Monitor brand performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
13. Coordinate with design and creative teams to align campaigns with brand identity.
14. Develop strategies to expand market share and increase brand awareness.
15. Stay updated with market and technology trends to refine brand strategies.
16. Collaborate with finance to develop strategies to boost sales, maintain profits, and meet financial targets.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in brand management, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or luxury sectors.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the perfume industry and regional consumer behavior.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills for decision-making.
• Creativity: Ability to lead creative campaigns and product innovations.
