A leading company in Jeddah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
• Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, monitoring performance and providing regular feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's market share
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead of industry trends
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry or related field
