The Admin Specialist ensures efficient office operations through effective coordination with vendors and service providers, accurate documentation and record management, and oversight of office supplies and equipment. The role supports procurement activities, manages basic scheduling tasks, and performs additional duties as assigned by the line manager.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 2–4 years in administrative roles
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
Knowledge: Awareness of Saudi labor laws and regulations
Work Environment Experience: Experience in corporate or fast-paced office settings
