Convene is a meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Senior Leadership Teams of large enterprises and government agencies. 1. Develop the strategy and go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive new customer demand and business growth in the assigned region.
2. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to develop and execute GTM business plans including lead generation, marketing, sales plays, and sales enablement that deliver quarterly and yearly sales goals.
3. Conduct research into industry trends, competitive intelligence, and product news to identify new markets and customer needs.
4. Develop and maintain deep understanding of the customer segment and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences.
5. Develop and implement reseller recruitment strategy, onboarding, and sales programs to drive additional revenue through channel.
6. Provide leadership and direction for partners. Create, measure, report, and maintain Channel programs to meet business objectives.
7. Provide day-to-day hands-on sales execution, including marketing requirements.
8. Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationships with the customers.
9. Create and implement the sales plan, including forecast, monitor sales efforts and take corrective actions to contribute to the overall business plan.

1. MBA / Degree level education.
2. Preferably with 5-10 years of experience in selling software/technology to corporate executives.
3. Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, and Cloud SaaS.
4. Excellent communication skills.
