Job summary
A leading beverage company in Klang Valley is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales and enhance market presence. Ideal candidates have a minimum SPM/Diploma and at least one year of relevant sales experience. If you are passionate about sales and possess strong communication and negotiation skills, join us to shape future growth in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Highly passionate about sales; proven track record is best.
- Comfortable with numbers and IT literate.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to outlets/customers.
- Evaluate needs of the customers and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with Marketing for promotions and activations.

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers.
- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
- Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
- Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
