Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating job orders and coordinating with Sales and Customers with regard to Customers' orders.
• Responsible for coordinating local sales fitting schedule ie with Warehouse and Operations divisions (internal) and Depots, Shipping lines/Forwarders, hauliers etc (external).
• Assist in export shipments including documentations and liasing with external parties ie agents, customers, vendors, shipping lines, freight forwarders, haulage etc.
• Attending appointment with customers physically for business opportunity and development.
• Coordinate with current customer daily.
• Follow up customer's monthly sales.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 & FSSC procedures

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SPM holder with experience in Customer Service or logistic industry.
• Have experience in Sales & Marketing is an advantage.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in logistics, shipping, or warehouse management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate with the customers confidently and fulfill customer requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and learn quickly.
