Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Operation Executive located in Johor Bahru. The Security Operation Executive will oversee and manage daily security operations, including ensuring the safety and security of the client's premises. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring security measures, coordinating with security personnel, and implementing security protocols. Additionally, the role involves responding to security breaches and incidents in a timely manner, as well as maintaining security-related documentation and reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • To assist in developing, implementing and executing security policies and procedures in the company.
  • Always ensure a high level of compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Identify security risks and provide suggestions to the management to overcome the risk.
  • Able to delegate, train and coach a team of security personnel.
  • Handle and provide security awareness advice to the management.
  • Investigate complaints and feedback on security matters.
  • On-call 24/7 to provide prompt assistance, advice, and instructions when handling emergency cases or occurrences.
  • Monitor security personnel performance and maintain the level of discipline and integrity of each personnel.
  • Ensure all the safety and surveillance tools and equipment such as CCTV cameras are functioning well.
  • Ensure all documentation (e.g., forms, checklists, reports, etc.) is completed in a proper & timely manner.
  • Maintain, keep and update all the daily security monitoring records for management review.
  • Plan and coordinate security operations for day-to-day activities and specific events.
  • Able to review and verify timesheet for Security Officers
