🌟 Executive Assistant (Junior Executive) – CEO Office
We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers direct exposure to senior management decision‑making and an opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics efficiently.
- Coordinate documents and reports across departments for virtual meetings (Zoom).
- Host and facilitate Zoom meetings with professionalism and confidence.
- Follow up on key action items and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Support administrative matters such as claims, PO approvals (via SAP), and payment reminders.
- Maintain confidentiality while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
- Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in using Zoom.
- Well‑presented, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Willing to occasionally support after‑office‑hour matters when needed — and eager to grow through high‑level exposure.
