🌟 Executive Assistant (Junior Executive) – CEO Office

We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role offers direct exposure to senior management decision‑making and an opportunity to grow in a fast‑paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics efficiently.
  • Coordinate documents and reports across departments for virtual meetings (Zoom).
  • Host and facilitate Zoom meetings with professionalism and confidence.
  • Follow up on key action items and ensure smooth execution across teams.
  • Support administrative matters such as claims, PO approvals (via SAP), and payment reminders.
  • Maintain confidentiality while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
  • Degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident in using Zoom.
  • Well‑presented, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Willing to occasionally support after‑office‑hour matters when needed — and eager to grow through high‑level exposure.
