Senior Talent Acquisition Executive (IT)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all IT departments, attracting top talent in a competitive market and building a strong talent pipeline to support our continued growth in a rapidly expanding start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all IT positions, including sourcing & screening, candidate assessment, offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening – phone screens, video interviews, skills assessments.
- Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and manage onboarding for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers & HR leadership to understand business goals, define job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and prepare hiring progress reports.
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, optimize ATS usage, and implement best practices.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be required.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on IT roles.
- Proven experience in IT recruitment, with strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques and tools tailored to the IT industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and specialized positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with employer branding and talent engagement strategies in the IT domain.
- Experience in head hunting firm or agencies is an added advantage.
