Job summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
  • Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and transfer or promotion letters
  • Support HR audits and compliance requirements
  • Recruitment Support & Onboarding
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination
  • Monitor attendance and leave applications
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Provide administrative support for performance reviews and disciplinary documentation
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Solid understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
  • Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization
  • Support data collection and analysis for HR projects and audits
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2~3 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role
  • Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
