Job summary
A banking institution in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage employee records and support HR operations. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
 - Assist in preparing HR-related letters.
 - Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
 
Skills
 Fluent in English

Education
 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
 
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and transfer or promotion letters
 
- Support HR audits and compliance requirements
 
- Recruitment Support & Onboarding
 
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
 
- Monitor attendance and leave applications
 
- Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement
 
- Employee Relations & Engagement
 
- Provide administrative support for performance reviews and disciplinary documentation
 
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
 
- Solid understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
 
- Prepare HR-related reports such as headcount, turnover, and leave utilization
 
- Support data collection and analysis for HR projects and audits
 
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 
- 2~3 years of working experience in HR operations or generalist role
 
- Good understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor laws
 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
 
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
