Responsibilities
- Prepare cost comparison of materials and sub-contractors.
- Prepare Purchase Order for suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Reconcile PO against DO and invoices.
- Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment to site.
- Summarize cables, lightings, and switchboard purchased for projects.
- Arrange material delivery.
- Source latest supplier catalog.
- Raise debit note for materials purchased on behalf of sub-contractor.
- Prepare O&M documentation.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and sub-contractors.
