- Liaise with Customs and relevant government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs laws and trade regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues.
- Maintain proper records of shipping documents.

Education
We are seeking an Executive/Senior Executive (Import & Export Clearance) to manage and oversee end-to-end customs clearance processes. This role ensures timely and compliant import/export operations for our business in Malaysia and other regions.
- Coordinate and handle import & export documentation, including permits, declarations, and licenses.
- Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, MITI, forwarding agents, and relevant government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs laws, HS codes, and trade regulations.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance-related issues to avoid delays.
- Maintain proper records and filing of shipping documents and approvals.
- Supervise and guide junior staff (forSupervisorlevel).
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and international trade regulations.
- Hands‑on experience liaising with forwarding agents and government authorities.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
