Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• Proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Creates long‑term value for a company through customers, markets and partnerships.
• Understanding the customers' business (B2B) needs and direction to help them achieve their business objectives.
• Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that arise in new and existing markets.
• Build relationships and engage effectively with procurement, R&D, production team and consulting leads/service leadership to provide subject‑matter expertise input and gain acceptance for projects.
• Adhere to and maintain thorough knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Maintain effective relationships and good rapport with established customers.
• Liaise closely with R&D team and ensure adherence to law‑established rules & guidelines for customers' business – Halal (JAKIM), VHM Certification (DVS) & Health Certifications (MOH).
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products technology and industry trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
