Requirements

Minimum SPM; candidates with customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates or those without experience are also welcome).

Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, with fast and accurate Chinese typing skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong customer-first mindset and empathy in communication.

Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.

Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

Good problem-identification and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.

Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
