Job description
WWTP Operations Management & Compliance:

Oversee, monitor, and optimize all biological processes and daily influent/effluent performance, ensuring strict adherence to Department of Environment (DOE) standards for discharge, system performance, and reporting.

Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Lead and implement engineering improvements and process optimization initiatives, conducting thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational malfunctions and abnormal results.

Reporting & Documentation Management:

Prepare comprehensive operational data reports, performance summaries, and improvement proposals for management. Additionally, review, update, and maintain critical operational documents (e.g., OM/OI/CS/OPL/RFC, HIRARC, EAIA).

Training & Inter-departmental Collaboration:

Develop and deliver training programs for new specialists and technicians and effectively coordinate with the Lab team for external sampling activities.

Audit Support:

Provide active support during both internal and external audits to ensure continuous compliance and quality assurance.

Operational Excellence & Cost Control:

Champion and sustain 5S practices and high housekeeping standards across all designated areas, while actively identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies.
