A logistics company in Kedah is seeking candidates for a role in managing logistics and inventory operations. The position requires a minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field, and welcomes fresh graduates to apply. Experience in logistics, inventory management or related operations.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
Familiarity with inbound and outbound processes, shipment preparation and warehouse operations.
Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with the operations team and other departments.
Provide comprehensive support in inventory management and logistics operations.
Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Assist the operations team in daily activities to maintain smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Prepare and organize shipments in accordance with company standards and requirements.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
