The Workflow and Informatics Specialist, SEA for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing end-to-end support to sales, marketing and post-sales teams within each SEA country for automation accounts and prospects, including but not limited to technical layout preparation and validation, automation product value proposition as well as automation forecast planning. This role requires a customer-centric approach and the ability to translate the voice of customers into effective product solutions that meet operational needs and long-term financial goals.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Lead and support automation pre-sales activities
• Design automation project management standard work and effective tools for SEA countries
• Lead automation project and implementation work
• Provide product presentation, demonstration, and training/workshop to customers and internal associates including channel partners
• Be the subject matter expert/consultant for automation and informatics solutions

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree in science/biomedical engineering
• Clinical laboratory experience and knowledge about clinical IT environment in hospitals
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (macros, pivot tables) data analysis, MS Visio process mapping and MS PowerPoint
• Design thinking skills with continuous process improvement mindset to foster customer-focused problem-solving approach
• Good interpersonal communication, facilitation and presentation skills

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Able to travel at least 50%, including international travel

It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In

• LEAN / Six Sigma experience and certification
• Familiar with AutoCAD or similar drawing tools
• Automation project management experience and familiar with MS Project or similar project tools
