A global HR service provider in Malaysia is seeking a passionate HR professional to oversee and enhance the Global HR Shared Service Centre. This role involves utilizing Workday for process standardization and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate must be experienced in a shared service environment, adept at stakeholder management in English and Mandarin, and capable of streamlining HR processes. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on efficiency and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for critical stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experienced in Shared Service Centre work environment.
  • Strong experience with Workday or relevant HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance Global HR Shared Service Centre Process Standardization.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement digital tools for operations.
  • Conduct reviews of Employee lifecycle process from Hire to Retire.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Provide training and support on Workday systems to team members.

  • responsible for overseeing and enhancing current Global HR Shared Service Centre Process Standardization by fully leveraging Workday for standardization, accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • collaborate with IT to implement digital tools to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • conduct thorough reviews of existing Employee life cycle process from Hire to Retire to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • collaborate with HRBP, COE and IT to integrate Workday processes with broader HR and surrounding systems.
  • ensure HR processes comply with local, national, and international labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • provide training and support to team members on the use of Workday systems and tools.
