Work in Pontian | Operations Executive (Shipping & Procurement) - Up to MYR 8000

Working hours: Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to MYR 8,000 + Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Handle end‑to‑end inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination with forwarders and carriers.
  • Manage daily shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Source and compare freight rates; support cost‑efficient transport planning.
  • Process and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quotations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse on deliveries, incoming goods and basic inventory control.
  • Resolve issues related to defective goods/services with vendors and internal users.
  • Match invoices, DOs and service reports to POs and assist in preparing basic reports and purchasing/admin documentation.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in a related field with minimum 1‑2 years of related working experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
