Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on wine and spirits.
• Exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments.
• Manage inventory, ensuring well-organized and appealing product displays.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently.
• Assist with sales, marketing, and promotional activities to achieve departmental goals.
• Maintain store condition, including stocking, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Train and lead staff in product knowledge, sales, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, handling returns, and conducting stock counts.
• Support store setups, promotions, and operational tasks as assigned.
• Assist in covering outlet locations when needed.
