Tribe Business Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to be the operational anchor for our growing Malaysian team. Based in our Mid Valley office, you will be the key driver in executing our talent strategy, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a compliant, high-performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for overseas business units, from channel management to offer.
  • Manage the full spectrum of employee relations, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Administer payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO), and analyze local C&B benchmarks.
  • Implement performance management systems and identify training needs to drive capability.
  • Maintain impeccable employee records and ensure adherence to all HR policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of solid HR generalist experience, with strength in recruitment delivery.
  • Mandatory fluency in both Mandarin and English (written & spoken) to liaise with regional stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR best practices.
  • A proactive, principled professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
